Review: My family immigrated to California from Vietnam in 2009. My husband started working for [redacted] (in California) in December 2009. He worked there until August 2010 and he quit the job since our family moved to Virginia. In 2011, my husband started working for [redacted] (in Virginia) until now. EDEN FINANCIAL & ACCOUNTING SERVICES was our 2010 and 2011 tax preparer. Last week we received a letter from IRS stated that we didnt file our income for 2011 from [redacted]. It turned out that my tax preparer did it wrong. He used my husband W2 2010 from his old job in California and file for 2011 year and did not input his income from W2 2011 from his current job in Virginia. We called him and stated the problem but he didnt want to help us to correct his mistake with a very impolite attitude and not responsible for his fault. He wants us to correct it ourselves.Desired Settlement: We paid for the services and it was not our fault. We need the right answer from them instead of ignoring it.
