Eden Resort Inn

I stayed at this resort the weekend of May 11th, I had blocked a few rooms with my CCThe hotel swiped my card for my room and another persons roomI called on Monday when I saw the chargesThe hotel account BLAIR, LIED to me saying this persons card was denied, which is why they charged my roomShe insured me that she would have everything taken care ofI have called everyday even spoke with the hotel manager who assured me all would be taken care ofToday 5/I still haven't been refunded the room money, and have occurred 108$ additional fees because the account was over drawnWhen the person whose card was denied called BLAIR admitted to the mistake being the HOTELS and not her card!!! Yet no contact with me or reversalI WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
