This is crapWhen I called the salon, someone else answered and told me she was with a clientKnowing they closed at 3, I went over around because I had just gotten up from sleeping after working overnightYes I had washed my hair before I went, and my bangs started curling up on the endsI went in calmly saying I needed a moisture treatment as my hair was very dry and I could hardly get my comb through itShe asked me if I could wait for the only other client in the salon to be done with her hair, the other hairdresser had left so just she and I were in thereShe walked over to me and said what's going on I told her my hair was part and it needed moisture when I wash it for the first time since she did it the day before I could hardly get the comb to the back of it and as my bangs were drying they were curling up on the endsShe said what do you want me to do I said like I said my hair needs moisture to what she then said I don't know what you want me to do I don't know what you're asking me so three more times I told her my hair needed moisture, then I said I feel like you're playing me right now and she goes I'm not playing you I don't know what you want me to do and I said how many times do I have to tell you my hair is dry and it needs moisture to what she still kept saying to me I don't know what you want me to do I don't know what you're asking me to do so I said you know what never mind and that's when I walked out of the shopShe let me stand out there for a few minutes then she open the door and said it's cold out you can come in are you waiting for a ride you can come in and wait in here if you want to and I said no I'm fine I'd rather stay out here and she said I'd help you but I don't know what you want I said I've told you times my hair is dry and it needs moisture and she told me she would sell me a leaconditioner after I had already spent all that money and I said no I'm not buying anything she never sat me down in the chair she never looked at my hair she never felt itI never swore that is a lie and I never ask for my money back that is also another lie the only time I've asked for my money back is when I contacted you people. I did [redacted]'s hair on December 1st full highlight ( 2 bowls of Bleach ) for 95.00 she tipped me $15.00 happy with her color that day on December 2nd she called the salon to speak to me about her dry hair, I was with a client & told her I would give her a call back. Not even 10 minutes later...

she storms into the salon ( in front of other clients) yelling and saying I fired her ....... hair " and she wants her money back. Again , told her to take a seat and that I would be with her once I finished with my client. I started to look at her hair not seeing any damage as it was soaking wet. I offered to sell her a nice leave in as she was using over the counter store bought products, she told me she wasn't spending any more money. (understandable) I felt attacked when [redacted] came into the salon yelling and swearing at me that I was honestly caught off guard by the entire situation. I would have loved to help her further as I am the manager of the salon and deal with customer complaints. [redacted] stormed out of salon without letting me speak or helping her so I unfortunately didn't get any where with the situation I have reached out to [redacted] since then and offered to give her a free treatment she told me no she wasn't comfortable with that.
