The mother authorized the underarm but not the other service. The daughter didn't tell her mother about the additional service. The mother dropped the daughter off and we assumed she had given her daughter permission. We did both processes under the understanding that the mother had approved. The mother called in with the complaint and wanted a refund for the service she did not authorize. We did offer a refund of $50 good at eDen. We have now rescinded that offer.
