Eden Vehicle Marketing, Incorporated Reviews (2)

Review: I purchased a 2010 Nissan maxima from EDEN VEHICLE MARKETING June 28 2013. Prior to purchasing this vehicle I was presented a clean car fax: one owner, no accidents, 41,000 Miles, factory warranty. I even purchased an extended warranty for coverage after the factory warranty runs its course. I drove the car for 3 months without any issues until Sept. 26 2013. While driving home from work the power steering gave out. Confident in my current factory warranty, and extended warranty I took the vehicle to the closest nissan dealership for repair. I sat waiting for majority of the day, calling out from work to find out that the vehicle was unserviceable... What does that mean? Nissan went on to show me how every part under the hood was after market, and unprofessionally thrown together, just by looking at the vehicle it was pointed out that it has been in a major accident, judging from the windshield they were able to know that the airbags deployed. To confirm this hypothesis a mechanic pulled up a car fax on this vehicle providing addition information added August 29 2013 that the car was in a wreck prior to me purchasing it. With this delay in information EDEN was able to sell me this vehicle... That was very unethical of them to pass a car off as clean when it has been written off & salvaged. I took it to another dealer and was directed to return the car to Eden and either get another vehicle or get my money back... I figured maybe that the dealers were probably exaggerating a bit so I went to [redacted] who would like to rip me off and do a shot job, to be redirected back to the dealer. Not only have I been sold a car that is defective, the factory warranty is void. in conclusion to the accident, I couldn't even fix it if I wanted to.Desired Settlement: refund

To whom it may concern,

Review: bought car and still dont have registration from [redacted]. Eden has told me several lies like: in office when it wasnt, said it was mailed to me weeks ago, [redacted] said never got anything. Eden said that I have to pay for a replacement card and [redacted] said never issued one. Now have a car I cant park on street for fear of towing, cant drive for fear of cops taking it. When I call [redacted] they said to take a state trooper to Eden to file legal complaint cause what they are doing is illegal. Eden says its a courtesy service and they dont have to give me registration I could do it on my own. They knew I was going into hospital for surgery and told me to wait till I recover (8-12 weeks) to deal with this issue and to leave the car with them. WHAT?? Each time I get another reason why I dont have my registration to legally drive the car. They gave my girlfriend her registration immediately and dont know why Im getting the runaround. Told them on phone today that as istructed by [redacted] I will wait another 48 hours before I bring the state troopers into this. Please list this complaint for future customers.Desired Settlement: I want my registration
