After having the water conditioner that Eden installs for about months I noticed sporadically that there was a small amount of water on the garage floor After eliminating the hot water heater and interior plumbing I was able to determine that the leakage was coming from the water conditioner I notified Eden that morning and analyst Bobby I*** came later in the day to resolve the problem He was able to diagnose the leak shortly after he got to my home and fixed the problem Although my warranty had expired he did not charge for the service call He did this in a cheerful and gracious manner I would recommend this business to anyone in the market for a water conditioning system By the way the quality of the water is outstanding in the way it feels and tastes

I had my filtration system installed by their service tech months agoRecently, there was a slight issue with the system and I called the officeShortly there after, Bobby called me, and asked, what time, and day would work for me; I said would 7pm tonight be possible? I figured for sure, he would said it wasn't possible and would come by sometime the following dayI was shocked when he said I will see you at Upon his arrival, he was very personable, like having a friend work on something for you He corrected the problem and educated me on the steps he was taking to correct the issueI would not hesitate to recommend Eden WaterThey are not like other companies I have experienced in the past where they want to take your money, and get in , and out as quickly as possibleEden Water truly have your best interest at heart Bobby didn't have to come by at 7, he could have blown me off to the following day, but he didn'tBut even more surprisingly, my warranty had expired, and Bobby could have charged me for the service call, but he didn'tI can't say enough good things about Bobby and the companyThey are simply outstanding!

Bobby is the best! We had a minor leak and we texted himHe came to our house in mintues and fixed the leakThis was literally in the middle of the night! He is awesome and this water system is amazing!!!! We couldn't live without it!
