We have reached out to A [redacted] and explained that we're vendors and receive all payments directly from Clients Any funds that are returned back to client It is up to the client's discretion whether they decide to return those funs or not We do state that unused benefits cannot be refunded and this practice is in keeping with IRS regulations governing our benefit The balance of any unused benefits are always refunded by employer at their discretion
