she got is exactly what she ordered and we might add at the best priceShe is upset that she didn't put in the coupon code for free shipping and so didnt' get the free shipping If the customer doesn't put in the code...the free shipping doesn't take effect As for her saying we get lots of terrible reviews....we are actually the only "Google Trusted Store"" in our industry and have less than complaint per orders We are sorry that we do not go back in time and refund shipping for people who do not use the coupon code...so there is no way in this particular case to make everyone happy

Review: Ordered two items so that my purchase would have free shipping rather than pay for shipping, the website was very unclear and I was not able to find information needed. Filled out a contact us form only to see that there is no phone number and still have not been reached. After reading MULTIPLE TERRIBLE reviews, I found a phone number. Called and talked to the "[redacted]" who is the definition of rude and he stated that it was my own problem and they are not a 'big box' store with a 90% mark up, etc. He is the reason people don't trust small business'! Will not be ordering from them again and don't care that he contacts me, especially after he called me a liar. My husband has ordered things from there and hasn't had a problem but his email is attached to his account so I didn't order under his account so the item could be a Christmas present. I have read a ton of terrible reviews and things saying the website is a scam but people couldn't review on Revdex.com due to not finding it on here, so after researching more, I was able to find it and gladly took time out of my day to poorly rate them as I feel it is deserved.Desired Settlement: I placed an order and 1 minute later emailed them saying the website was acting up, since it is the holidays, a lot of websites are failing, and he basically said it was my own problem. I don't feel I should be charged the $9.99 shipping charge because I SPECIFICALLY ordered more to get free shipping. It would be different if as he said I waited a year, but I waited ONE minute! Also, different websites have the space to enter a code in different places.

We are sorry that we do not go back in time and refund shipping for people who do not use the coupon code...so there is no way in this particular case to make everyone happy.
