The customer is welcome to return the item for a full refund.He asked us hours after the order was placed to cancel it or reduce the price...it had already been packedThe *** shipping shows it in the evening because it does'nt show up till they scan it at their hub...but it had left our building already.We're sorry but we cannot price match (either before or after an order is placed) There is nothing we can do other than let you return the item. We ahve been in business years and this is our first Revdex.com complaint and we consider it a joke. The customer ordered an item on his own (to which he was given a military discount even) We then picked packed and shipped the order immediately and got it out the same day. He then found it cheaper and asked us to match the price which unfortunately we can not do. We have offered him to return it for a full refundSo he can go buy it where ever he has found it cheaper. We are done responding to this person. As far as we are concerned, offering a return for full refund settles this matter

I placed the Order in the Morning, requested credit or cancellation after lunch & the Item wasn't shipped till that evening.So in my mind, it would be as simple as removing the mailing Label & putting it back on the Shelf..I received the Item yesterday & it wasn't "packaged". They simply slapped a label on the bow & sent it out to me..So when you go into ***, you can scroll down & there is a link for ***. In looking, the websites look Identical which resulted in me thinking they are one in the same, which is rather deceiving.. If you set up a lfor one site it works on both, again if they aren't affiliated then why is the information exchanged? Again, causing confusion... I wouldn't ask them to match ***'s price or another other online sports retailer but in my mind, based on what I see, it appears they are one in the same, thus I asked for price matching..If they two websites/businesses are separate then they need to do a better job of separating them
