I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I placed the Order in the Morning, requested credit or cancellation after lunch & the Item wasn't shipped till that evening.So in my mind, it would be as simple as removing the mailing Label & putting it back on the Shelf..I received the Item yesterday & it wasn't "packaged". They simply slapped a label on the bow & sent it out to me..So when you go into [redacted], you can scroll down & there is a link for [redacted]. In looking, the websites look Identical which resulted in me thinking they are one in the same, which is rather deceiving.. If you set up a log-in for one site it works on both, again if they aren't affiliated then why is the information exchanged? Again, causing confusion... I wouldn't ask them to match [redacted]'s price or another other online sports retailer but in my mind, based on what I see, it appears they are one in the same, thus I asked for price matching..If they two websites/businesses are separate then they need to do a better job of separating them..

It was too late to cancel the order. We have no idea why he thinks after we have processed and packed an order we should be able to cancel the order or price match (which we do not do) please not we have been in business for nearly 20 years and this may be the only Revdex.com complaint we have received.To...
make matters worse, we actually gave this customer a discount for being in the military and he is still complaining.he is welcome to return the item for a full refund (we normally charge a restocking fee) if he wants. we will suspend his buyer's club membership and hope he can find the bow cheaper somewhere else.[redacted]
