Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Ed [redacted], the business owner of EDG Custom Renovations, did not complete the job in accordance to our agreement and overcharged for the work. In rebuttal to Mr. [redacted] reply, we have emails and text transmittals identifying the scope of the work to mount decking underneath and it was agreed upon that we would order the supplies and have them picked-up from Menards. Mr. [redacted] didn't follow the original agreed upon plan and moved forward with the project and drilled holes on the top surface of the decking and composite wood, at present, is still not securely fastened.Furthermore, in response to the notification from the Revdex.com, Mr. [redacted] or a representative of his company came to the residence unannounced in pitch dark conditions in an attempt to secure the decking, but continued to drill holes on the top surface of the decking, in non-compliance of our request to have the decking fastens from underneath. Due to the incident of an unidentified representative performing work at the residence without notification and outside construction working hours, authorities were called out to the residence and a former complaint was filed with the McCordsville Police Department.I would like to request the Revdex.com file this for future consumers to review for the lack of professionalism and ability to follow through on a job as agreed upon.Regards,[redacted]
