start of the root canal that was performed on 5/24/The total charge for the root canal to be completed at the time was $1,*** *** was then charged $607, and paid for the start of the root canal that was performed on said date*** *** had an appointment to continue with the root canal on 6/1/2007, which she cancelled, also had an appointment on 6/19/2007, in which she failed to show up or cancelForward 1/years later, *** *** now wants a refund on money that does not belong to herShe paid for half of the root canal and half of the root canal was performedUnfortunately, when she called our office and spoke to our receptionist, our receptionist failed to rectify the account or speak to the Office Manager or Doctor before she faxed over an incorrect statement*** *** also filed a motion with the court, wherein it was dismissed due to statue of limitations -- case being 1/years oldA copy of this dismissal is available upon requestPlease note that our office does not charge late fees or interest on accounts not paidIf there are any further questions/concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the office at 732-636-Thank you for your time & attentionSincerely, Diana ROffice Manager

I paid up front for service NEVER perform so in turn he stole money from me and I would like it backNever received any statements or telephone call regarding the credit until - I called themand they faxed me over my account statement showing the credit
