Room [redacted] was the room we stayed in There is/was mold on the furniture in the room as well as mold in the shower I have taken two pictures to document the mold I notified the front desk about the mold and the person there offered a different room if we desired I turned down the offer as I believe if there is mold in one room - there could be mold in the other rooms too mold can be a health hazard especially for persons with breathing problems

I was displeased with the follow up service After the floors were installed, I asked for the company to come back to fix a few spots I was strung along for four weeks and gave up on the company I would have appreciated a visit a follvisit as they would have seen that glue spots were still present, and seen the areas that needed to be fixed Installation was ok, not great, but strongly disappointed with customer service

We made an error on the Priceline booking, and immediately asked the front desk attendant to make a change to the correct dateHe refused to do so, and told us to contact PricelinePriceline called, and he continued to refuse to make the adjustment Our company employees have stayed here for many nights throughout the month, and would not take into consideration our loyal to their hotel The clerk charged us for the night for two rooms, and now we are stuck with another two nights/two rooms on June 30-31st

I made reservations for rooms online thru *** months prior to check-in I made changes to the length of stay in the reservations but did not cancel the reservation The changes were made within the allotted hours prior to cheas stated on ***'s website When you call and speak to someone at the Days Inn and ask their cancellation policy the will tell you that it is hours prior to check-in I had issues changing one reservation online so I called the hotel directly The manager whom I spoke with was very rude and curt He actually hung up on meWhen I called back, he told me the cancellation policy was days How absurd is that? I heard him tell another guest the same thing in person when I actually arrived at the hotel A month after my stay at the hotel (which was in May, 2017) I noticed that I had bogus charges on my credit card each for $(total of $679.65) I have been trying since July 20th to get it resolved The charges were from Days
