on the morning of 2/29/20 I took my car to get my break pads changed on my car the mechanic *** Sandoval told me there was a wait of one hour and 30 min. I agreed left my keys and took my daughter who was with me at the time for a walk. we came back an hour later and my car was still parked outside, at that time and older man (Luis Sandoval) ambulating with a walker got in my car parked it in the garage driveway and proceeded to take take the wheels off the car with a jack and help of and older lady (his wife) . After and hour of waiting I got up to check on the progress then Mr *** came over and asked me "what do you need" so I told him I was just looking. shortly after the older man Luis Sandoval started on the passenger side front breaks not long after that they said my car was ready. Mr Luis Sandoval older man took it for a drive. I was told by *** not to use my breaks too much and wait a bout 2 weeks so they can adjust. I was charged a total of 120 cash. I drove my car out on the monday after I noticed a whistle noise and my car shaking when I pushed on the break and my foot having to go all the way down for it to stop. I called the shop imedietly Mr Sandoval the older man was extremely rude told me to look for another car and take it to him Tuesday because he had a doctors appointment that afternoon. The next morning Tuesday I called the shop he said he was not there yet and would call me when he got to the shop. I took it to pep boys for a free inspection I was told the break pads were used and not the correct size and that is why my car was making the noise and shaking. pictures were taken andd I have the order where I had to pay for for the service to put new break pads. The owner of Edgars mufflers and breaks refuses to give me my money back. they put my life and my kids life in danger.

Refund I would just like my money back. The parts were used and the wrong size. My life and my childs life was put in danger. The breaks could have malfunctioned and possible causing an accident resulting in injury to my self or someone else.
To whom it may concern,
We tried to work with *** in regards to this issue. The vehicle was service and left the shop perfectly fine. All vehicles are test driven before they are returned to the customer. We would have worked with *** if she would have given us the opportunity but instead, took upon herself to take it to somewhere else. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. There is absolutely no reason why we couldn't have resolved this issue amongst ourselves. Unfortunately we cannot refund her money because she never gave us the opportunity to work with her.
