-We have a wireless network covering 100s of square miles, we have a combined years of experience, we know what we are doing and when we said he needed a tripod, that was the caseHe stated he did not want a tripod with 10ft mast on his roof, which is the cause of his problemsNo mater how much the customer thinks he knows about wireless RF propagation and fresnel zones, he does not. His constant calls, emails, complaints, and statements of us "bullying" him do nothing to change the fact that we told him he needed at 10ft tripod like his neighbors that have our service have, and love it. -Our terms of service state speeds are not guaranteed, but are best effort. -We are booked 2-weeks about be cause we have customers that LOVE our service and continue to give referralsWe get 20-calls a week and word of mouth is over 50% of our call volumeRon is making claims assuming he knows our work schedule. The customer has canceled service as is no longer getting billed as he was not locked into a contract.Our antenna will be removed from his house on June 15th.There will be no further responses regarding this matter as we are marking this case closed.

Consumer states that they did take the dish down, however they didn't call in advanceWhile he is satisfied with the satellite dish being down, he is not satisfied with the overall customer service and additional issues that the company did not address such as the internet shutting off or slow downsThe consumer said that they didn't resolve the billing issues

The customer lives in a rural area surrounded by treesWe advised him at installation the trees may be an issue in spring, we advised him we needed to install a tripod on his roof to elevate his antenna to clear the trees so he would get a proper signal.He stated he did not want anything on his
roofWe said ok but in spring if there are issues you will have to terminate your service.Spring came, the leaves filled in, his service degraded, he called with issues, and we repeatedly told him trees were the problemYou need to raise the antenna on the roof to clear them, or will have to cancel and find another provider.? He finally decided to cancel and use another provider.? Our terms of service state no speeds are guaranteed, and are a best attempt, not to mention we told him tree coverage would cause him problems.? At this time, the customer has canceled, he is not being billed any further, as we do not lock customers into contracts and allow them to cancel at any timeWe just charge per month with no refunds for services canceled after the 15th of the month.? ?
