they were actually purchased by him. He is the original purchaser. I also tried to come back and called in the day they were purchased to say they didn’t work. The girl who answered he phone said they needed to be brought in and she didn’t see a reason why they didn’t work. I have unsuccessfully been able to contact the manufactur. It also seems that you knew these clippers weren’t working. Therefore selling a faulty product.

The customer purchased these clippers for $59.95 less 40% at our going out of business sale. The customer tried to return them two weeks later. It is clearly posted no returns and no exchanges. I told the gentleman that returned them (not original purchaser) that they are under a manufacture...

I understand that there are no refunds or exchanges on layaways and that the merchandise will be returned to stock if not picked up by this date.  I called her on February 16th, 2018 and told her to pay for and pick up her saddle or lose her deposit and any payments made. I held her saddle until March 17th, 2018 and then returned it to stock. The saddle was sold at 40% discount for $1,095.00 because we are in the process of having a going out of business sale.
