Dear Revdex.com staff, The original auditor missed turning in paperwork for the client's $rebate to the *** Utility before he went out on Paternity leaveWe did not catch the issue until a few weeks laterAs the Company President, I got involved the same day this Revdex.com complaint came outOur
Operations Manager had actually already stepped in prior to the complaint and has since finished the submission processes and sent energy audit deliverables to the clientThe client's questions about the audit were answered via conference call, and he has contact information for me and other senior managers if more ariseThe client seemed happy to hear from me personally, and he seemed to understand the issues we had with timing and getting our original auditor caught up while he was out tending to his new familySo at this point, we have refunded $for the hassle, sent and reviewed with the client all the energy audit deliverables, and pre-registered the client with the *** Program should he pursue additional work that could earn him rebatesDuring my first call with the client, he seemed amenable to retracting this complaint due to the circumstances I will attempt to follow up with him again today Jason D***Company President, ###-###-#### cell
