I was a member of Edge Gym beginning in August of 2014, at which time I paid for a year long membership upfront I chose to pay upfront after being told that if I needed to cancel at any time, I would be given a refund of any remaining months on my plan assuming I gave proper notice In February of I sustained a foot injury that limited my mobility for over a year Being optimistic in those first few months, I chose to keep my membership at the gym in the hopes I would heal sooner rather than later In May it became clear that I was not going to be able to work out anytime soon I went into Edge Gym on May **, to inquire about what steps I needed to take to cancel, and how I would get my refund for the remaining months on my account I was told to send an email to officially cancel my membership and I would be issued a refund to my credit card in 1-months
The cancellation email was sent and received on May ***, to which I received confirmation from the Operatin
