Response to [redacted] Complaint # [redacted] We have spoken to the customerShortly after this complaint was filed, we came in and replaced the driveway as per the customer’s requestTo our knowledge the issue has been resolvedThank you for the feedback!ANNA ***? C***Digital Media Manager
The pool was completed one month after this complaint was submittedAlthough the Canyon Hills development was built by EDGEhomes, it is managed by a Property Management company (FCS Management)We reached out to them regarding the HOA on behalf of the customer, and received this response:? Periodically common amenities are delayed so the best possible amenity (pool in this case) can be built for the community, therefore the end result often raises the value of all the homes in the communityHOA fees are not spent if there are no associated expenses so the association has set-aside those funds and has built a healthy savings account over the years because of the lack of pool-related expensesAs of April 2018, the association has over $150,in savings.Thank you,ANNA ***? According to our records, all warranty requests belonging to the customer were addressed and resolved back in 2015/2016.?
Complaint: # [redacted] Response: We met with the buyer on several occasions during the warranty period to address the buyers concerns We also left a message with him on March 16th, The buyer called us back on March 19, Edge Homes refers to the NAHB Residential Construction Performance Guidelines manual as a guide for quality standards The customer’s original complaints were the following: The stucco was cracked and bubbling The lumber on the front of the house has split He didn’t get a microwaveOur response to the complaints: Stucco is a cementitious product and cracking is normalThe “bubbling” was determined to be common variations in the wall sheathing below the stucco, which was well within national guidelines Exterior timbers are exposed to the weather and cracking is normal We gave the buyer a credit for the missing microwaveWe feel that we have adequately addressed the buyer’s complaints. Can we get the next complaint opened?Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:
The warranty requests were not completed. The majority of them were ignored or declined even
though it was due to a previous failed or incomplete resolution and submitted within the appropriate warranty timeline. The fact that over year has past since the complaint was filed with Revdex.com should demonstrate sufficient negligence by the builder
Sincerely,
