Review: Hello.I was trying to refinance my house with Edge mortgage.I had an appraisal done based on the conventional loan I was promised.I was told that if they would not be able to get me a conventional lone that I will be refunded the appraisal fee of $475. After the appraisal was done the broker forgot to mention that he can only get me an FHA loan,I was in shock,because he never told me about FHA loan,which is a completely different loan that involves premium and loan insurance. The documents I sign was for conventional loan. I tried to get in touch with them to get a refund for almost a month now, but they just giving me a run around.Please help me to resolve this issue,I would really appreciate it.Thank you.
