To Whom it May Concern:During the resident stay at The Edge of Moore, he became friends with the other two residents he mentioned in his complaintI am unsure what happened between themBased off the numerous police reports received from the local police department , its as if they always
called the police on each other for every minor detailThe conflict between the three residents got so out of control, I had to hold a meeting with them in my office for hoursAfter the meeting, things seem to get betterI also offered the resident to transfer to another unitThe resident didn't want to move he liked his apartmentI have always talked to the resident and all my residents , with the upmost respect, and I'm truly sorry if he has misinterpret that in any way. Regarding the residents maintenance request , I recall receiving a phone call from the resident at 4:21am one morning He called very agitated that he began yelling at me to get maintenance over there because he had water coming out from under the tub and toiletI told him I would call and get maintenance over thereHe then called again minutes later saying that maintenance staff wasn't there yetI reassured him that the maintenance man was on his wayOur maintenance technician extracted all the water from the floor and cleaned tub and floor with bleach.Upon move out the resident left the unit in poor conditionUnfortunately, based off the condition the resident returned the apartment we were unable to refund his deposit due to staggering amount of damage. *** ***Property Manager
