Hello, we looked into this customer’s case, [redacted] He first contacted us on 5/12, complaining about shifting issuesAfter trying a few things with him and getting feedback, a bug was made on 5/We offered him other products that we make to try and resolve and he wasn’t interested in those solutionsSo we told him to send us receipts and we could look into a refund, even though he didn’t buy it directHe emailed receipts and the 3rd Party check went out last week for a full refund
