I am rejecting this response....

 I will have a formal letter written to support my claim of the windows having paint overspray, as well as the color of the bumper being a different color than the car.  Also, [redacted] must be confused, because the third time I went to the business to have [redacted] fix the problem with my horn, he actually did put the last clip on the bumper, and the text messages I sent show when he told me my last clip came in, and when I said I was on my way to the business to have it put on.  I did insist on picking my car up because three weeks to have a bumper replaced is a ridiculous amount of time, and when I picked the car up it was dark outside.  Also, it is ridiculous to say I have refused to come have the clip put on my bumper because according to him he had already put the last clip on.

To whom it may Concern:
[redacted] brought her car to Jollyrockers, LLC to get an estimate on her bumper repair. [redacted] told her it would be $876.15 for all the total repairs, and that he need $450 of it upfront in order to order the parts, after the parts were ordered that it would take 7- 10 business days for it to arrive. [redacted] agreed to the situation and dropped her car off on 10/22/2013 after hours, along with the deposit. The new bumper was ordered the next morning on 10/23/2013 and Jolleyrockers, LLC received the bumper and clip on  11/02/2013. Once the package was opened [redacted] had noticed that they sent the wrong bumper clip, first thing he did was call the company and notified them and then called [redacted]. He told her that he had to send the clip back and that the new one would take up to 10 days to be shipped back to the shop, she was fine with that and requested that he went ahead and finish the car. Her car was completed by
l 1/05/2013 and she was notified that it was complete except for the bumper clip, she insisted on picking the car up and bringing it back once the clip came in, [redacted] showed up that very same evening to pick the car up. When she arrived to pick up her car, there was no complaint by her or her husband about the colors not matching, and they were fine with the bumper not lining up, again due to the clip The paint was mixed by the paint code on the door of the car at [redacted] in [redacted]. There was absolutely no possible way that the windows could have gotten over spray on them, when [redacted] received the parts he painted them separately in the paint booth, and then installed them on the car. [redacted] had called the day after picking up her car asking about a small cover that goes to her door panel; [redacted] told her that he wasn’t sure why it was missing  , because they didn‘t mess with anything inside the car and told her to
look around that maybe it got knocked out and was in the car somewhere. She replied that she searched the car and could not find it, so he told her to come by the shop and let him look at it, to see if he could fix it. [redacted] came by 2 days later and he found the “missing piece" wedge under the driver seat and he reinstalled it. [redacted] was notified on 11/12/2013 that her new bumper clip had arrived and when she get the time to come by the shop so that [redacted] could install it. As of 03/23/20l4 Jollyrockers, LLC still has her bumper clip that she never came by to get placed, [redacted] has notified her several times that the part is still at the shop, and [redacted] has still refused to came and get it.
