My name is Hannah D[redacted]. I am Writing in response to an assigned ID of [redacted]'s complaint. To latest update that our parlor didn't over charge the client and client received the services as stated. A full highlight S110, toner S60, hair cut S65 and Keratin treatment is $350 which total up as S585 and all this pricing are posted in our website menu. Enclosed, I also attached photos of the client's hair after the services and the price list printed out from our website. The client and the hair stylists agreed to the price charges prior to starting the service. offered if this client to Come back and have Whatever Services that she need until she is satisfied; However, she refused and would only like to exchange her money back for the negative feedback that she left. Obviously, this is a case of cyberbullying that if she doesn't get free service her Way She will ruin our reputation. Thank you for your time of looking into this matter.Sincerely,Hannah D[redacted]

I was taken advantage of, just as many other clients who went there.
