The cashier didnt put a receipt in my bag so when I got home I cldnt fit the shirt the mall was already closed when I returned to exchange for a different size the lady said no receipt no exchange then gave me the owner name who was rude to me told me no bye they purposely leave receipts out of your bag so you cant return merchandise.
The customer did not have a receipt for exchange or return. That is our store policy and we and we also have the policy posted all over store. Also the customer tried to return a bodysuit which is final sale because it is considered underwear.
