Review: I appiled for an appartment with this complex in which a couple days later I was called an advise appoval. I stop by a couple days later an droped of two money order $250.00 and $60.00 totalling $310.00. At the time the unit was not ready the building was still being fix which the leaseing person adivse he would call with a move in date. A couple weeks later he did said it would be ready on 3/22/14 however I was unable to move in so I called prior to that date an explained this to him. I was told they will not refund my $310.00 because that holds the appartment however the appartment wasn't even ready. I asked for a copy of this information an was told I can come into the office to look at it they are unable to mail out copies. At the time he received my $310.00 was never given any paper work explain this.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money because I did not move into the unit and I called weeks before the unit was ready .
