THEY DON'T REPORT TO THE CREDIT AGENCY WHATSOEVER - BECAUSE THEY HAVE "LESS THAN 5,ACCOUNTS"
This is a giant issue and should have taken the car back within the first week of leasing the vehicle when the salesman "***" called this very customer an "***"
Now we're left with a $a/c repair and multiple other issuesWe are constantly turned down by other large dealerships due to having low credit (still) because this dealer fails to report the payments to the credit agenciesExtremely dissatisfied with the company and the staff themselvesI have made every single payment on time for exactly year now and will most likely end up continuing to pay the remainder because of the lack of service and integrity this company and its members portrayThe women in particular dress highly unprofessionally and are constantly rude over the phone and in personThey look as though they belong at Country ThunderNot a low lying dealership
I want out of this contract, legally, and all my on-time payments reported to the Credit AgenciesIf this company and its staff believes in professionalism and moreover integrity, they will do such

began diagnosing and correcting the issue. At that time, it was in need of a new water pump, which we replaced, making it fully operable. A few weeks later, the vehicle was returned to the dealership for additional service and it was determined that the vehicle was experiencing a malfunction of the timing belt. Unfortunately, that is something that cannot be foreseen and is completely unpredictable. Nevertheless, we expressed our apologies and did everything in our power to satisfy the customer. When [redacted] expressed her feelings towards the vehicle, we went above and beyond to find her a vehicle that she not only liked, but was compatible for her needs- both financially and comfortably. With the new vehicle she chose, we were able to lower her payments and her interest rate as she requested. In addition to checking the vehicle herself, she had a friend test drive it and inspect it mechanically, all resulting in satisfaction prior to signing any documents for the new vehicle.
