Dear Revdex.com, I am writing on behalf of a complaint, ID# [redacted] .First off, there are no warranties on concrete work for cracks There is no such thing as uncrackable concreteIf a crack occurs, it is beyond my control.I looked at [redacted] ***'s steps with her She has a hairline crack in the steps, probably a shrinkage crack due to the hot weather It is so small and thin, I had to get on my hands and knees to see itMy advice to her was to leave it alone, because it did not effect the integrity of her steps in any wayIf she has someone to repair it, give me a written estimate, and if it is a reasonable price, I will pay the bill for the repair But if there is any problem with the repair now or in the future, I accept no responsibility since I do not recommend repairs to hairline cracksThank you, Thomas S
