Being serviced perse for the past *** yrs, I never get the requests for my reports each time a representative evaluates my termite stations
Since ***, I have had this pests/termite control company from *** evaluate and assess my termite stations Since I bought this home on the location of ***, ***, I have requested to always get a report sent to me and a pre-call to me prior to this visit on my property This is to unlock my only gate to the back yard where numerous stations are located The office personnel and the ***, the Owner, have been told that I need a copy always sent to me for my file and records and that they are to let me know when they will come to the *** area to assess termite stations so I can unlock the back gate to le them onto my back yard They never call me............and in addition, I always have to call them to get a report sent to me As a customer, I am very frustrated that they do not followup on my
