I called and spoke with the owner because the equipment that we had rented was pulled from the site where we were doing work. We did not request it be picked up. I remained as calm as possible throughout the phone call, but was progressively yelled at louder and louder. I tried to explain the situation, but he refused to listen to me and instead chose to yell at me, the customer. This man is incredibly rude and has left me, the customer, in tears from having to deal with his unprofessional outburst. It does not matter who was "right" and who was "wrong" in the discussion. A business owner who choses to yell and cause someone to cry should not be a business owner. Please do not buy or rent from Edgewood Golf Cart Sales. This man does not deserve to stay in business.
This really Is too funny....she called us and started with an attitude about how we took "her" cart! No explanation but just starts with you took our cart and we're not authorized to take it! There was a contract signed With an end rental date of 8/15/2020. We called the day before to set up pick up time...no answer to multiple phone calls (mailbox full..lol) and no response to email stating we will be coming to pick up cart unless it was needed longer...all logged for proof....go to pick up cart and what do you know....nobody there from Telaid company.....the good people from Lowe's helped me find the vehicle and we loaded our cart onto our trailer and left. We won't go into detail of the disaster of dropping off the cart...but it was. Anyway, if she had just been kind in the telling of her situation then we would have brought the cart back probably within an hour or so. I would say please do not do business with Telaid if this is how they train there employees. We will leave it at that.
