This guest was charged the correct amount for there stay the rate was plus tax pet night for a total of we billed them then to pay for the room When I explained this to the guest he said he should have been billed only once I told him we billed him for the correct amount no more no less but he started to scream and yell on the phone that he is not paying for the correct amountBut we feel this is a non issue and if we overcharged the guest I could understand we owe them a return of thd overcharge but I am completely in amazement at the attitude of this person

[I don't know what you're referring to by petty name calling Regardless, you did tell me the rate was $per night plus tax Which would be $ And then you told me the total came to $and that this was paymentFull You charged my account $on September 11thI did not research how much Rhode Island sales tax is or if Rhode Island even has a sales tax The total was higher than $so I assumed the extra $was the tax To be honest, I didn't even think much about it because I trusted to you to bill me correctly When you realized YOUR mistake almost two months later, you could have called me and asked permission to charge my card an additional $ The fact that you just put a charge on my card without notifying me was underhanded and not professional YOU made a mistake on YOUR calculations, so YOU should have called me I can't make it any more simple than that for you And this is on top of our room not being cleaned the first day we were there, and then you being so brazen as to call is on the way home because you didn't think a $tip was sufficientIn reality, we should have tipped nothing because our room wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there On a side note, you're a foolish business owner, because you've lost us as future customers because of your squabbling over the size of a tip for work not done and a $miscalculation on YOUR part You had no interpersonal or customer service skills whatsoeverNext time I will be sure to check with the Revdex.com before booking a room Your D+ rating is quite fitting and this explains why you are not accredited with them.]

Please add your rejection comments here.I spoke with my bank and it is illegal what he did.  You cannot keep someone's billing information on file and just bill them randomly anytime down the road without their authorization.  The dollar amount of $618 was told to me as payment in full for the weekend.  I did not research Rhode Island's sales tax, nor should I have to.  I paid in full on September 11th.  Over a month and a half later, another charge of $57.72 just appeared on my checking account.  No phone call, no explanation.  I did not scream or yell when I spoke to the owner.  I explained to him that this is unacceptable and that I was in communication with my bank and would be contacting the Revdex.com.  If anyone's attitude is "amazing" it's that of a business owner who hangs up on a dissatisfied customer and who makes publicly sarcastic replies to complaints on [redacted] regarding his business.  What he did in regards to making an unauthorized charge to my account almost two months after we supposedly paid in full, is not only unethical but illegal.  And his not caring attitude is even more off putting.  I hope the Revdex.com can be of assistance.Regards,

The rate was explained to you which was 299 plus tax per night tax is 13percent. Your total with tax is 678.00. You paid 618 and 60 dollars was due to the inn.  You knes the rate and maybe you think you can just not pay the remaining bakance but you do why do you think you do not owe the balance to us?  Please refrain from the petty name calling.
