I am rejecting this response because:The business still insists that the item was shipped, however if that was the case then why haven't I received the item? The shipping label was created and the item may have been placed in a box however the merchandise never left the custody of Motomummy. Because the item never left Motomummy this means that Motomummy was never charged for shipping (as Fedex and UPS do not charge for shipping labels until they are scanned).Facts:1. Motomummy insisted (lied) to me that they were charged by FedEx for shipping, thus they needed to charge me.2. Motomummy was never charged for shipping by Fedex (confirmed by Fedex) and the item was never shipped.3. Motomummy's policy on their website states that any order can be cancelled until it is shipped. Since the order wasn't shipped, the order should be refunded in full.Regards,

The item was shipped as a tracking number was produced, the item was pulled, packaged, processed, and fully in a shipping container owned by the shipping company. Just because it wasn't scanned in doesn't mean it wasn't shipped, regardless if the customer would like it to be so. The customer...
