I've been to this establishment before for hair care so I set up an appointment with Kassidy [redacted] on Tuesday March 27th to get my hair doneI asked for a full head of "highlights" and after she was done it did not look like highlights at all, and she charged me $85! My hair was orange and fried, she suggested using some toning shampoo so I did just thatLater that night I messaged her and said I wasn't happy with my hair at all even after I had used the toning shampooShe said I could go back to the salon and she would use their toning shampoo, I said no can you please just fix it and she said yes but she would have to charge me another $to fix it!
