The customer in this complaint also issued a complaint through our corporate offices. We responded to that complaint and reached out to the customer. A new employee mistakenly quoted a price to the customer that would have been over 55% lower than the actual retail price. Staff
knows they would need approval to discount any item, especially with this type of an error, unless instructed to do so. The customer then wanted to use a coupon on top of the erroneous price. When the staff explained it was an error, the customer left upset. On 11/19/the manager noted that she would reach out to the customer to see if there was any way to make up to her for the situation

The business response to this complaint is that the customer will have a credit available for use with the *** *** location good for months from the date of acceptance. Because the transaction was in May, I want the customer to have a chance to use this for months from
now. The credit amount is good for up to the amount of her previous order. We want the customer to fully enjoy our products and apologize they were unhappy with the order they received

I apologize for the mistakes in communication with this order It appears the product was made on the 13th shortly after the order was received, and prepared for delivery, however it went out for delivery too late in the evening and was later returned to the storeI will refund the full
amount of the order and provide a credit for the customer to use anytime she would like within the next months

The customer's refund was processed on 2/17/17 by the store that was supposed to make the delivery.  The customer also has a credit available for use within 12 months at the location.  Upon review, however, the refund processed was incomplete and must now be completed by the store the...

customer initially placed his order with. We will have the manager of that location contact the customer to get the required credit card information to complete the full refund.   The customer is correct to be disappointed and the location in question made immediate personnel changes that will improve the level of service provided.

The order has been fully refunded.  Unfortunately, there was no documentation from corporate or at the store level regarding contact from the customer requesting a refund. This would have been refunded immediately had there been.  We have submitted for full refund today.
