Delivery was too late, and customer service was horrible I ordered an arrangement to be delivered My order clearly states that it was a business delivery I called at 2:to check on the status of my order I was promised that it was on the truck and very close to delivery By 4:15, it still was not here I called to ask and she stated that she would check on it After checking on it, she stated that it was "literally right around the corner" It did not get here until after 4: The driver was at [redacted] bank She stated that they deliver to schools first and there had been "a ton" of school deliveries today The person it was intended for had left at 4: They refuse to refund my money
