Review: Order: [redacted]March **,2014I ordered a product which was refused by the reciever for health reasons.I requested a refund since the receiver did not want this product.A refund was never received from this business.After countless attempts trying to get in contact with the [redacted],I called the businesses' franchise toll free number.I was then told by a customer service representative to get in contact with the [redacted] which I previously could not get in contact with.The following week I tried to contact the store's [redacted] again contacted numerousus times the same outcome.I contacted the customer service department again and they made a refund case log for this situation.([redacted])Unfortunately the only relief that was offered was store credit inside of new york.That is a major problem because the person that I ordered it for will not accept the product and I dont live in new york.So the ultimatum is either I take the [redacted] store credit or nothing.That was not stated when I purchased the product nor is it an acceptable business practice.Desired Settlement: I would like to be issued either store credit within the company to use within the United states or a full refund of $44.64
