Review: I purchased an Edible Arrangement on 3/16/15. It was delivered to the person and the chocolate came in chunk and the fruit was mushy and I called the store manager to ask why the arrangement arrived in this way. The manager first accused the recipient of leaving the arrangement outside (it was delivered right to her desk). He then proceeded to tell me that he hadn't received a complaint in a couple months. I apologized but said I was upset with the way the arrangement arrived. He was very rude yelling at me on the phone and not allowing me to speak. He then stated that because the recipient opened the package of the arrangement, I was not able to get my money back. He told me I should have called right away (but I was at work when it was received). He then hung up the phone without resolving the issue or saying goodbye.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the arrangement and delivery for a total of $67.19

Review: There was a deal today on the website for [redacted] code for free shipment. I clicked on the code and the website presented me with 4 selections. I clicked on one of choices swizzles apple bannas, and pineapples for $29. I took me about 30 minutes to gather all of the info I needed to place the order for the recipient. In the end I was sadly disappointed to find out that the coupon code did not cover this product. My $29 item was now going to be $50 with taxes and shipping since the coupon code was invalid on this item that was presented as being part of the deal. I used the chat option to express my dismay to the website and they said the item was already discounted to $29 from $39. I explained that's not the issue, and the issue was the item was presented as free shipping regardless of whether it was $29 or $39.

I bill my consulting time out at $125/hr for engineering services. I have spent over an hour dealing with this company and now I'm out an hour of my valuable time that I could have been spending with my family. It's not a matter of saving the $13 on shipping for me, it's a matter of principle regarding truth in advertisement. I am sadly disappointed by this company and would like to hear from their executive management regarding this behavior before I launch a campaign with as much exposure as possible in all social media networks to warn people about this.Desired Settlement: I would like a written letter from the executive managment team apologizing for this practice and the removal of all bait and switch tactics from the [redacted] website. Anything short of this will be unacceptable. I do not want any of their products or coupons. I simply do not want to feel that I'm haggling with a used car dealer when I'm trying to buy a gift for a friend. I feel disgusted after having this experience with this company.

Review: I have a gift card value $75 and I try to redem it .they said no longer take gift cards. I call at the phone number at the back of the card [redacted] they give me ref # [redacted] and after I call to have an answer for customer service . they told me the card was not longer valid becouse they dont sale the gift cards any more . I refuse to lose my $75 and I request speak with a manager the agent was rude and hand off the call. I call back requesting the leasing the conversation thta was at 642pm and told me they will call back. if you the busines have gift card out and they not saling anymore. why they dont give miney back or find the way to redeem the card.Desired Settlement: to redemm the gift card with value of gift card
