ordered product online and product was not ready for pick up at specified time. then product was not delivered at specified timeOrdered product online to be ready for in store pick up on 2/13/15 at 1:00 pm. I arrived at the store to pick up product at 12:50 pm and at 1:00 pm I was told by the manager that my order was not ready. she offered to deliver the product to my residence at no additional charge. she advised that it would be delivered at 3:00 pm on 2/13/15. at 3:15 pm I began calling the store to find out why the order has not been delivered. I called for over an hour and no one answered the phone. I even called the store in [redacted] MS to get some help and was advised that they could not help me due to the order was placed at the [redacted] MS store. The product finally arrived at my residence at 4:20 pm on 2/13/15, almost 3 and a half hours after the order was to be ready originally. Desired SettlementI am requiring a full refund from the business for the amount spent on the product
