I have moved over times in the course of my life and Efficient Moving Services was the best moving company I've ever used My boyfriend and I had a LOT of heavy stuff to move and a limited amount of time the we could afford *** and his guys did it all and within the affordable time frame for us I couldn't believe how strong they were and how quickly the got things done They were true professionals and totally safe with the huge pieces of furniture that we had As long as I'm in the *** area I will always recommend Efficient Moving Services!

These guys were as good as it gets! Efficient is the perfect name for this team! We were met at our door in *** right before our scheduled time! We were explained the process and our items began swiftly moving out our tiny apartment door into the large truck! This team was careful, kind and respectful of our items and of us We felt welcome to help but not pressured to lead The men moving our items communicated well with each other and managed minor bumps along the way with little to no stress We all arrived in *** ** later that day within a half hour of each otherOur items again moved swiftly but this time out of the truck on a busy street and up flights of stairs into our new apartmentWe appreciate all the hard work and trusted our movers completely I highly recommend this company

Review: On 2/**/14 I placed an order with edible arrangements store #124 online for $70.43 received order confirmation [redacted]. However order was never delivered and my account was charged for the purchase. On 2/**/14 I contacted the store to find out what happened to my delivery and was informed that someone would call me back and this never happened. I contacted the store again on 2/**/14 and was informed that my delivery could be sent on Monday 2/**/14 along with a free box of strawberries! I then asked to speak with a [redacted] and was informed by the [redacted] that he did not see my order and was advised the reason I didn't receive it was because I was supposed to pick it up! Now at this point I was very annoyed and upset at the fact that not only was I being misinformed but was also informed that things happen sometimes. I then requested my funds be refunded and then told I had to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund! Now I think it's very unfair that my funds would be debited from my account instantaneously but not refunded in the same manner especially after I spoke with a Representative at ###-###-#### and she confirmed that my order was pending and she's not sure why it wasn't processed. I am very displeased with the service I received especially when I spent over $400 with Edible Arrangements this year!Desired Settlement: I want a FULL REFUND and Written Apology from this company
