I order at least times a year from different locations but every time I order from the Hoboken location there is always a problemMy recent purchase was Tuesday Feb16th for a Feb17th delivery, prior to my $checkout I was notified that by being a loyal customer I would received a box of chocolate dipped fruit which would be sent to the same recipientWell the next day the recipient received my gift however they only delivered the free fruit and the balloons I order not the original $arrangementI called the store and spoke to Hoda (who said she is the Manager) I explained to her and she stated we can deliver it first thing tomorrow morning, I said no, she said well the driver is making deliveries, I can put your arrangement together and we can deliver it to a different address and it will be there before 9pm, I said no, she then said "well what would you like me to do" I said I want my order delivered she said well I'm giving you options but your not accepting them, I said your giving me options not solutionsshe said what would you like me to do close the store and loose customers because your order was incorrect, I said well you say your the manager and your not trying to do anything to accommodate me, she said well I can refund your money (which will take days)I was very upset because she was not trying to be helpful, she wasn't trying to accommodate me and she never once apologized for their mistakeI ended up calling corporate office and spoke to make a complaint, they repeatedly apologized and called the Hoboken stored and once they got back on the phone assured me that my order will be delivered by 6:Which it wasThank you corporate office for your customer serviceAs for the Hoboken store, I will NEVER order from them again!!!!!
