Edible Arrangements

This place is a complete joke. First they don't deliver my valentine's day order. It was getting late and I even called I waited on hold for over 45 minutes and they told me it was out for delivery which was a lie, but they couldn't update my status because the system was down. Then on Monday it still hadn't come, I call again and they guarentee me that it's out for delivery which was another lie, and they were still delivering from Valentine's day. Then I call on Tuesday and they said it was delivered. I told them no it wasn't and they quickly responded oh yes your right, we can reschedule it for this Saturday..... here we are Saturday night..... no delivery just to call and be told they are out of chocolate........ It has been almost impossible to get ahold of anyone that knows anything.

Ordered an arrangement on 2/13/2020 for delivery prior to 3:00 p.m. on 2/14/2020. Delivery was never made and business never called. Edible arrangements were unavailable via phone all day from 10:00 a.m. -7:00 p.m. I paid a total of $77.98 for Blooming Hearts. I want an immediate refund and the item free of charge as it was for my wife for our anniversary. Edible Arrangements never once contacted me to state that there was an issue with delivery. Unprofessional for such a large company to guarantee delivery and make no contact with the customer.I even called *** and was on hold for 30 minutes. The customer service line was never picked up.

My boyfriend ordered my gift from this company on 2/11/2020 paid extra money to make sure it was delivered on Valentine’s Day because it was our first one together. He call all day 2/14/20 the day is was suppose to be delivered they told him repeatedly I’d have it by 9pm. It never came today 2/15/20 we both called to be told it would be here today before they closed it never was delivered when you call the staff is rude and have attitudes like we’ve done something wrong. There’s no way they can make that day up to us but at least they can be sympathetic seeing it’s their fault the day went so horrible.
