Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Dear MrAlexander, Correction when I called that Friday (days prior to Valentine's) you were in the establishment as your employee (Amber) advised me you were too busy to take my call and I do not believe your employee would be so presumptuous to refund the "alleged missing apples with out her manager's approval" that statement right there only solidifies my complaintI have attached the pictures of the bouquet that was sent over to me to prove my caseand on top of that my husband was told there was no apples therefore chocolate covered strawberries were added insteadwas he notified of this change prior to sending the arrangement? Did you offer him the refund for the missing product? You did notinstead I had to get involved to get a reply and a partial refund which at this point in all honesty you deserve nothing since the service you provided has been horribleInclusive your employee even offered to resend the apples whenever I returned to work which totally missed the point of sending out a valentine's day surpriseI turned down the offer as I was not returning until Wednesday February ** Please let me know if you need any further information as I also have the email send to my husband! Review: I will never buy Edible Arrangements again. My experience this past couple of days has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I placed an order on Friday March *, 2014 for a fruit design for my mother's birthday the next day. I clearly stated "Do not leave order with neighbors". I called my house to check if the order arrived for my niece to tell me no. I called the office and they stated that the order was delivered and signed for. That couldn't be possible because I was told nothing arrived. I arrived home that evening to check. There was no Edible Arrangements in my house. I called on Sunday and I was told that the [redacted] was not there and there was nothing she could do. She did text me the delivery receipt with whoever signed the slip. No one in my house has a signature like that. The lady called the driver and the driver claims he delivered it at the right address. He also described the person as skinny, dark skin, shoulder length hair with green earrings. No one in my house is skinny, dark skin wearing green earrings. That description sounded more like my neighbors. I called on Monday to speak to the [redacted] named [redacted]. She continued to tell me that the driver delivered the item to the correct address and someone in my house signed for it. How is she going to tell me this when I repeatedly said there is no fruit design here. She made me very angry like I was lying. She acted like there was no way the driver could have made a mistake. I even told her I will make a copy of everyone's id with signature to prove no one signed for the package. The signature looked like scribble. She said there was nothing she could do. Is she kidding me? I told her I was going to contact my lawyer and file a complaint with consumer affairs. After a couple of minutes, [redacted] called me back to let me know that she will send another fruit design but she could not tell me when it will arrive. There is no way I want anything from this company. My mother's birthday had been ruined. Thanks to Edible Arrangements. I told her my mother would not want the item, [redacted] said she will call her to ask her. Is she kidding me again? No way. [redacted] then said she will refund me but I will not get the shipping fee back. Luckily, I used a promotion code where I got free shipping. She could not tell me when I will get my refund back. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. I have ordered many times with no problem, but this office on [redacted] is HORRIBLE. They made me feel like a criminal.Desired Settlement: I want to make sure my refund is handled immediately. I would also like this review to be made available so other people can beware of this business.

Review: Ordered a gift for mother's day delivery. Item was never delivered and the store never even called as a courtesy to notify me that they weren't going to deliver. I never heard from them. In addition, I placed a review for the product online and the review never showed up. They must only allow 5 star reviews to post. How embarrassing to spend $100 on a gift for your mom for it to never arrive!! Never again!!Desired Settlement: Refund me the $90 I wasted on your product. And next time, maybe call people to let them know you aren't going to deliver so they can go out and get a replacement instead of being embarrassed by your company. Never again.
