I am rejecting this response because: Ryan *** is not being truthful about not inspecting my crawl space to check it Dustin ***, who did my original inspection was sent back out by Ryan ***, admitted he DID check the crawl space the first time (I have it on home recording system) Dustin denied missing the damage and claimed the extreme damaged problem area was "not like that when (he) was there." Ryan is purporting he never inspected it Two different stories, both untrue They are both trying to sweep this omission under the rug to claim no liability, as does the clause you must sign (anyone who signs up with them signs this to even book an inspection Why did I go with them? A realtors referral Ryan *** Valuation Services was very resistant to me filing an insurance claim They were supposed to, but I had to on my own behalf, even though it was their insurance It was denied insurance claim because I signed the waiver to go with their company that read my only reimbursement or claim chance would be limited to the cost of the inspection, itself Ryan claims he has insurance, but the insurance company and Ryan and Dustin themselves utilize, uses denial and waivers/clauses to avoid liability at all costs They are great marketers, but don't back it up with a warranty I asked Dustin what is the warranty, what does it cover? He left quickly, saying, "Ask Ryan." Ryan denies it was even part of the inspection It's actually part of my inspection report in the photos, but was not fully checked, until Dustin returned and denied missing it Buyer beware I am one previous customer You can do better Beware most inspectors use these liability limitation clauses Most have next-liability for missing what could cost you many thousands of dollars if you buy a home with problems I happen to be an unlucky buyer Many homes don't have what mine did, but they missed it, and now I am paying for it
