The Customer complain that he was re-billed 45$ for that he did not authorize . Actually when the customer join with us it was a commitment that first 3 days of services fee is only...

4.95$ and then 45$ and he can cancel at anytime during this period of 3 days . And we did not get any email or cancellation notice from the user so he was billed for 45$ as annual Services fee .
Anyway , Now we refunded his Payment of 45$ .
So there is no issue remaining.

I saw the ad for edigital when I was looking for a way to stream NFL games. I took a chance on it. After taking a few minutes to get the streaming correct, and realizing I needed to install the adblocker they sent, my laptop worked fine. I have watched NFL, NCAA football, baseball playoffs, and a bunch of movies off of edigital over this last month. Furthermore, when my cc bill came there was nothing out of the ordinary in any way. It was as advertised. You do have to refresh the page sometimes. So what? I had to do that with MLB.TV, which I have now cancelled. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I cancelled my subscription within the 7 day period in order to get complete refund. Customer service is unwilling to resolve issue and submit refund. I have had numerous correspondence with their sad excuse for customer service and all they say is the refund has been submitted with no record of any attempted refund as per my financial institution.

As of the date they said they refunded my money it had not been refunded to me. On 11/**/2014 I did finally receive a partial refund. The reason I am not satisfied is I asked for a full refund of $54.90 and only received $45.00.

This company Digital Place is a complete scam as even when you sign up and cancel they still charge you for the full amount. They say they will supply you with HD and that is NOT the case - the program and channel I wanted to purchase was Fox Sports 1 for the AMA Supercross kept losing the stream every 20-60 seconds or so and when trying to reload it only worked 1 in every 6-10 times so very annoying - then a pop up came on there part of the stream and would not leave that said there service was going to end within 48 hours as they have not paid - when I email the [redacted] person she basically told me to take a hike and that she was not going to refund me. Please stay away from this company as it is a real scam with no customer service and is hiding behind many fronts and I believe is out of Australia

Signed up for a trial then monthly subscription for a boxing fight (which didn't work) then pretty much forgot about it for a few months, don't see an option anywhere to cancel your subscription.

Dont care about a refund just stop charging me for a service I don't use. Cheers

This is my second year with edigital place. For $45.00 its great for the sports channels. MLB, NFL, & NCAA games are great and various sports networks.

Will renew again.

I did have some scheduling issues where the new day's MLB games where not available and I was looking at the previous days schedule.

When contacting them.. there is only the helpdesk via email with a 24hr response window. Don't expect immediate response especially when the service is so inexpensive. You get what you pay for.... I am happy.. and don't plan to cancel.

Review: I subscribed to their service to watch the Atlanta super cross that was airing on fox sports 2 and they said there service would allow me to stream it with the 3 day trial for 5 bucks, well the service didn't work at all and I immediately contacted them saying cancel the subscription that it didn't work and I got no reply for 3 days well after the 3 days they charged me

$45 for a year subscription even though I had contacted them to cancel and I contacted the company to please refund me my money and after a little back and forth they stated that they have a "NO REFUND POLICY" this is unacceptable and is not what I signed up for.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund at least for the $45 year subscription that I contacted them to cancel the subscription before the 3 day trial was up and for them to apologize for taking my money without my permission please

Review: Purchased a trial, cancelled it on [redacted], billed for full amount on [redacted]. Was told on [redacted] I did not cancel and when I requested a refund, I was called a liar, and they refused. Never mind, that what we purchased the trial for never worked and did not stream properly.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund of $45.

I am more then happy with the serviice from edigital place.
I took out a subscription to watch SPORTS mainly, the news and movie channels are a bonus. The cost of $45us per year is a bargain. In my country the same service would cost at least three times more per "month" ** jan 2015

Review: I attempted to use EdigitalPlace for a live HD broadcast of AMA Supercross in [redacted] on 04/**/2015 from 6:00-9:00 (mt) on Fox Sports 2. They advertised "Watch AMA Supercross in [redacted] in HD Live" . Upon paying $4.95 for a 3 day trial, there was no Supercross available in their links. Additionally, all of their coverage is advertised as "HD" but as their customer service representative made me aware, after the fact, it is not actually offered on their site. Also, it is extremely difficult to figure out how to cancel your 3-day trial to avoid getting charged for a yearly subscription.

I emailed the business to make them aware of these issues. Their response; "We do not care fake claim from fake customer like you." Their website falsely advertises, uses bait and switch tactics and customer service is non-existent.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund from the company, but more importantly I hope that future customers are made aware of this fraudulent website. As a customer, I expect honesty in advertising, and a level of consideration and support that this business simply does not provide.

Review: I purchased a 3-day subscription to watch the Stanley Cup and could not view the product/service. I called the customer service number and it was not a valid number. I emailed customer support and got an illegible email back - the directions were suspiciously identical to the strange and grammatically incorrect instructions on the website. Then I received an email response from a personal gmail account on the issue. When I emailed that I suspected fraudulent activity, the response was 'do as you like'.Desired Settlement: The charge was only $4.95 I had to cancel my credit card in case the processing charge was going to be larger. Mostly, I would like others to not be subject to this potentially fraudulent company/service.

I've used their service for almost a year. I am watching sports that I can't even get with my [redacted]. From Mayweather to the Rousey fight in addition to most sports around the world. If I didn't have satellite there are movie and lot's of other channels. Worth every penny if you've got the data package to stream.

Quality of service is worse than poor and helpdesk is no help at all. I have requested a refund 3x and have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I want the two $4.95 charges and my $45.00 refunded to the card that was charged for these amounts.
