This job was done via a third party designer who in our opinion badly botched the job. Everyday was a different change based upon poor design and lack of foresight and planning. The situation become hostile and the job severed with a large sum of money in reserve. In our opinion plenty to finish the...

job and all contractors to be paid. We would like to see evidence to the contrary. We left because of hostility. Our work was high quality. The design stressed the situation. We believe the customers were reasonable and nice people. We regret it had to end how it did. Our company has been going through a very difficult 2015 and that job among others almost killed the company. It was certain death or regroup. The lack of design and planning made the job cost much much more, which our company did not charge for out of integrity, but the third party made it impossible for us to keep up with. We are not swindlers, we are not liars and have a very large pleased customer base. Remodeling is complicated, particularly their project. We do the best we can with the resources we have at our disposal.
