Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted]

The claims in the business owner response are simply not at all true. I have original receipt for the repair of the bag and is clearly says 20.00 not 24.00 as she indicated. Secondly her claims of aggression and rudeness these were her actions. As I stated to the business owner whether I had the bag 90 days or 90 minutes you do not expect a quality product to come apart with usage. Selling poor quality or defectives items is just not a good business practice and when brought to your attention by your consumer as a business owner your response is rudeness.
