We're sorry that Ms*** perceives that we posted the wrong resume, however, we posted the resume she asked us to post. We don't have another resume beyond the one she gave us. We did not change the resume from the format in which she gave it to us, and I've taken several
screenshots of the job boards to show how it is portrayed there to show this. Our product is designed to put a customer's resume into databases on third party job boards where employers search for a person who has the skills in the location they need. We've been doing this same thing for years and have a quality assurance process in place to make sure that we are doing the best that can be done for our customers. There are some instances where a job board takes the resume that we give them and "parses" it out. We have no control over that process nor over the results that come from it. We can say however that employers searching those boards know what to expect and that our customers have the same likelihood of being found as any customer who went to that board and posted the resume themselves.I've corresponded with Ms*** through our customer service portal and tried to explain this to her as well. She contacted us on the 24th and we responded on the 25th, and she never replied to our email. She also contacted us in a separate ticket on the 26th and we replied on the 27th. She replied to this second email on the 28th, but in the meantime had filed this Revdex.com complaint and also informed us she posted a chargeback to her bank for our service fee.Despite all that, we responded to her this morning, explained what we've explained here and processed a 50% refund for her of the fee we paid. We are unable to do more because we've already done the work she contracted for us to do and we can't take it back.I've attached an example of her resume on one of the job boards where we posted it

We have researched the complaint and would like to apologize for the delayed response to ***'s requests. Our system received a request from *** on July 12th asking for a refund based on our Money Back Guarantee, that should have been processed shortly after we received that request.
However, there was a delay in our system forwarding the request to a customer service representative Again we apologize for the delay, and a refund was processed today as per our Money Back Guarantee. *** should receive the funds in the next 3-business days.Thank you,***

We have reviewed *** ***'s account with us. The $was a one time fee for the one time distribution of her profile and resume to the multiple job boards. We did experience a rare outage for a couple of hours on Wednesday February 18th, the day she had trouble logging into her
account and when she attempted to contact us by telephone. We did however also receive an inquiry via our ticket system and responded to *** the same day letting her this information and our records show that she has since logged into and accessed her account with us. We have also left her a voicemail with the same information and apology. We do apologize for any inconvenience she has experienced, there will be no other chargers for this account and it will remain active until December 30, 2015.Thank you,***Customer Service Manager

We've attempted to contact the customer, but we were unable to reach him. However, we've left him a voice message, based on his complaint. There seemed
to be confusion in regards to what our service does. Resume Rabbit is an online resume distribution service.
We charge a one-time fee to post a
single resume to numerous job boards depending on which category our customers select on our forms and depending upon the industry they are looking in
We are not an employment firm, We simply post resumes to the job boards, to help increase the visibility of a customer's resume. We apologize
for any confusion, and to show good faith a refund has been processed for the customer

We are genuinely sorry that *** *** had such difficulty unsubscribing from our newsletter, however he has now been successfully unsubscribed. We did receive his customer servicer request to be removed on 3/26/14, he was removed from our lists on 4/1/The last email that was
sent was on 3/31/14. That said we are still concerned as to why *** reported unsubscribing twice unsuccessfully, and as a result are now looking into our systems to see if for some reason that functionality is not working properly and we appreciate the report
Sincerely,
*** ***

We have reviewed [redacted]'s profile and resume and found that she did in fact receive our offer when searching for jobs on Job.com.  We have several partners who offer our services on their job boards.  We are a resume distribution service that helps busy job seekers post their resume on up...

to 85 different job boards.  We are very sorry that [redacted] finds our methods to be deceitful, but we never try to hide the fact that we are a business, and not a non-profit organization, recruiting or employment agency. We stand by our service and the fact that for a very reasonable price, we post your resume on up to 85 sites, all for a very low one-time charge.  Our price is listed clearly in our FAQs at http://www.resumerabbit.com/resume_posting_help.jsp.  We are not here to waste anyone's time or trick people.
We value [redacted]'s time and understand how difficult it can be to not only search for a job, but to search the right way, using all of the tools at your disposal. This is one of those tools.
We wish her the best of luck with her job search.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.

Then make it clear in the beginning before the jobseeker has to go through all the "registration" process"! Not everyone reads the FAQ, so that's not acceptable!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I do see reasonableness and fairness in the explanation provided by the business about the spam emails that I received.  I feel that the business do NOT seem to be not involved in the spam emails that I received. They seem to follow fair business practices. However, it's also true that the spammers somehow managed to get my real email address immediately after I signed up with the business. Probably, they (spammers) know the trick. The business says, they tried to contact me but I have not received any phone/email from them. The business  say they have refunded me the amount of $39.95. I thank the business and request them to close my account immediately. I am no longer interested.
Best Regards,
[redacted]

We have reviewed any and all accounts for [redacted] and have turned off all email forwarding from her resume postings and removed her from all our mailing lists.  We have attempted to reach her by phone so that we can obtain additional information regarding the "extremely long messages" she is...

receiving to find out the exact origins but have not been able to reach her by phone.  We do hope that by turning off her email forwarding and removing her from all mailing lists we have resolved her issue.
Thank you,

Customer Service Manager

We received a message from [redacted] on Wednesday January 11, 2015.  His call was returned the same day by our Customer Service Department.  Customer Service explained the details of our services.  We also explained that we cannot and do not guaranteed results including phone...

calls, as we cannot control who contacts him.  He was issued a refund at the time of the phone call on 1/11/15.  I am not sure if Customer Service noted or mentioned to [redacted] that it does take the banks 2-5 business days to complete the transaction.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  Seems like the business did have issues with the unsubscribe feature on their emails.
Thank you Revdex.com for resolving this issue for me. I consider this complaint resolved.

I would not recommend this site to anyone. It is a bunch of automated created accounts that sends junk to the inboxes it has created for you. As I reviewed the information sent , only 30 items out of thousands had anything to do with employment. I will never use this service and would not recommend it. I used it for the entire year, and nothing of use ever become of it.

I AM NOT rejecting their resolution - I JUST HAVE NOT RECEIVED all the credits yet.  I understand this can take up to 10 days to receive.  I have received 2 - $9.95 and 1 - $39.95 credit.  Am waiting for 2 more $9.95 and 1 - $29.95.  I have left messages with [redacted] @ ext [redacted], but have no heard back from him as of this date.

I would like to apologize for the lateness of our response to this complaint.  We have tried contacting Mr. [redacted] and have received no response from him.  The Revdex.com complaint response got lost in the shuffle. As of this morning we have refunded Mr. [redacted]'s fee of $39.95 for the Resume Rabbit...

service, although we disagree that the cause of the issue he is reporting is a result of our service (explanation below).  We posted Mr. [redacted]'s resume and other information to the job boards that he requested and paid us to do.  We provide a list of places where we will post information and provide plenty of additional information on how the service works on our site http://www.resumerabbit.com as well as in our FAQs at [redacted] and in our Features and Benefits at [redacted]  In regards to Mr. [redacted]'s specific complaint about excessive spam, the truth is that although he provided his personal email address to us, we do not use that email address when we post his resume to job boards in order to protect our customers from this issue.  Being on job boards means putting your information into a semi-public realm.  By it's very nature it is available to thousands if not millions of employers searching the job boards for candidates.  This can definitely generate spam, so our solution is to create an email address for the customer on our server, accessible only through our Service Center interface.  This information is heavily spam filtered so that we can provide the customer with an additional layer of protection against excessive spam.  The emails coming directly from the job boards do NOT go into the customer's personal email box.  That being said, there are emails that do go directly to the customer triggered by our service.  These are job agents (also detailed on our web page) which take the customer's information (location and desired job titles) to create a listing of jobs that the customer may be interested in applying to directly instead of waiting for an employer to find them.  These emails are clearly labeled and comply with all CAN-SPAM requirements including containing an "Unsubscribe" link which will unsubscribe the customer from receiving them in the future.  These are also not spam emails, they are a feature of the product purchased and are triggered by very specific criteria. In no other instance do we share the customer's information outside of our company.  We do not sell emails and we protect the customer's personal information in accordance with our established Privacy Policy, [redacted], and using the latest security systems available.  Had Mr. [redacted] responded to our attempts to contact him, we would have explained this directly to him.
