Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me Seems like the business did have issues with the unsubscribe feature on their emails Thank you Revdex.com for resolving this issue for meI consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

We thoroughly reviewed all the voice messages regarding [redacted] 's complaint and we found that there was some confusion because she signed up for separate service and when she initially called to cancel on April 21st it was in regards to just one of the services We did speak with her regarding this complaint and cancelled all accounts for her We had already processed credits for two billing period of $each for her MyJobHunter account, prior to her Revdex.com complaint as per one of the voice messages she left us As part of this complaint we found that she was also requesting the initial payment to be refunded as well so we did also process a credit for the initial month of membership for MyJobHunter of $ After speaking with her we did clear up the confusion and resolved the problems that she had experienced regarding our billing

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedI do see reasonableness and fairness in the explanation provided by the business about the spam emails that I received I feel that the business do NOT seem to be not involved in the spam emails that I receivedThey seem to follow fair business practicesHowever, it's also true that the spammers somehow managed to get my real email address immediately after I signed up with the businessProbably, they (spammers) know the trickThe business says, they tried to contact me but I have not received any phone/email from themThe business say they have refunded me the amount of $I thank the business and request them to close my account immediatelyI am no longer interested Best Regards, [redacted] ***

We have reviewed [redacted] 's account with us The $was a one time fee for the one time distribution of her profile and resume to the multiple job boards We did experience a rare outage for a couple of hours on Wednesday February 18th, the day she had trouble logging into her account and when she attempted to contact us by telephone We did however also receive an inquiry via our ticket system and responded to [redacted] the same day letting her this information and our records show that she has since logged into and accessed her account with us We have also left her a voicemail with the same information and apology. We do apologize for any inconvenience she has experienced, there will be no other chargers for this account and it will remain active until December 30, 2015.Thank you, [redacted] Customer Service Manager

The complaint has been forwarded to our Business Development team for review and considerations Again we value the job seekers time and realize that not everyone can pay for this type of service, but we are a legitimate company assisting job seekers with posting their resume on up to different job boards [redacted] posted her resume on Job.com for free and that was done prior to reaching our offer, there are Skip This Step or Skip This Offer options prior to reaching our payment page, and again we apologize that our fee was not found prior to completing our forms and our Business team will review the complaint and consider listing our pricing in other locations Thank you, [redacted]

We have reviewed any and all accounts for [redacted] and have turned off all email forwarding from her resume postings and removed her from all our mailing lists We have attempted to reach her by phone so that we can obtain additional information regarding the "extremely long messages" she is receiving to find out the exact origins but have not been able to reach her by phone We do hope that by turning off her email forwarding and removing her from all mailing lists we have resolved her issue Thank you, [redacted] Customer Service Manager

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution Then make it clear in the beginning before the jobseeker has to go through all the "registration" process"! Not everyone reads the FAQ, so that's not acceptable! Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I AM NOT rejecting their resolution - I JUST HAVE NOT RECEIVED all the credits yet I understand this can take up to days to receive I have received - $and - $credit Am waiting for more $and - $ I have left messages with [redacted] @ ext ***, but have no heard back from him as of this date Regards, [redacted] ***

I would like to apologize for the lateness of our response to this complaint We have tried contacting Mr [redacted] and have received no response from him The Revdex.com complaint response got lost in the shuffle. As of this morning we have refunded Mr***'s fee of $for the Resume Rabbit service, although we disagree that the cause of the issue he is reporting is a result of our service (explanation below) We posted Mr***'s resume and other information to the job boards that he requested and paid us to do We provide a list of places where we will post information and provide plenty of additional information on how the service works on our site http://www.resumerabbit.com as well as in our FAQs at [redacted] and in our Features and Benefits at [redacted] In regards to Mr***'s specific complaint about excessive spam, the truth is that although he provided his personal email address to us, we do not use that email address when we post his resume to job boards in order to protect our customers from this issue Being on job boards means putting your information into a semi-public realm By it's very nature it is available to thousands if not millions of employers searching the job boards for candidates This can definitely generate spam, so our solution is to create an email address for the customer on our server, accessible only through our Service Center interface This information is heavily spam filtered so that we can provide the customer with an additional layer of protection against excessive spam The emails coming directly from the job boards do NOT go into the customer's personal email box That being said, there are emails that do go directly to the customer triggered by our service These are job agents (also detailed on our web page) which take the customer's information (location and desired job titles) to create a listing of jobs that the customer may be interested in applying to directly instead of waiting for an employer to find them These emails are clearly labeled and comply with all CAN-SPAM requirements including containing an "Unsubscribe" link which will unsubscribe the customer from receiving them in the future These are also not spam emails, they are a feature of the product purchased and are triggered by very specific criteria. In no other instance do we share the customer's information outside of our company We do not sell emails and we protect the customer's personal information in accordance with our established Privacy Policy, [redacted] , and using the latest security systems available Had Mr [redacted] responded to our attempts to contact him, we would have explained this directly to him
