We recently received a complaint from this dissatisfied customerAccording to our withdraw policy, a withdraw form has to be filled out a month in advance within the first days of the monthWhen the customer first registered for class, they signed our School and Parent/Guardian Agreement in
accordance with this policyA copy of this form is also available on our website & can be accessed by students & parents at all timesWhen this customer filled out their withdraw form, a member of our desk staff explained the policy to themThe form was filled out on 1/23/15, which listed the last day of lessons as 2/24/15, which they signed in agreement toWhen they first contacted us in regards to why they were charged for the month of February, our office manager & director explained the policy to them again & how it pertained to their withdraw date, along with providing the customer copies of the documentation that they signedAccording to an email sent to us by this customer, they have taken "full responsibility of not reading it properly" but will not withdraw their comments unless they receive their February tuition backThe teacher also mentioned in the review utilized the iPad to tabulate sheet music that was printed & provided to the student on a regular basis to practice what was being learned in class at home
