The business did not address the faulty way the new French drain drains into the yard instead of the pipe and into the culvert Picture attached The business did not ask for a walk through of all their work before final payment was made They did break the supports on the vanity and we can supply pictures of damage if necessary My husband did fall to reschedule the appointment and the phone call was never returned At the beginning of the job we were never informed that the business was on call for other entities or had other jobs they would go to instead of finishing our work We tried to be fair with this business but were taken advantage of in every aspect of this job, except for the landscape pa era and river rock which was put down to our satisfaction We want a refund of some of the money given to this business so we can have the necessary repairs to their work completed As far as telling us what needed to be done to get the dishwasher running properly we paid this business to have this work done correctly the first time and it wasn't so they need to correct their shoddy workmanship We reject their explanation as untrue facts.

Contractors have to have a variety of jobs in order to stay in business during all kinds of weather and through out the seasons. This business is also on call for the County maintenance needs, and as such will have to respond to those situations, too. The old water line was galvanized and prone to...

loose particles and sediment. These can move through the new plastic waterline and collect at the  screen. Business suggested to the customer to remove the faucet screen and clean the screen and put back. Customer did not want to do this so business offered to do it. Customer did not call back to reschedule this after the dog's surgery. Business thought it had been taken are of. The dishwasher was hooked up to the original lines. Business removed the old tub and installed a new one and the existing linoleum fit around it fine. Business removed the old vanity and installed a new one and did not break a support.  All of the work was walked-through before the customer paid in full at end of project. Customer is welcome to call business ([redacted]) to schedule a visit for business to come out, see the concerns, and discuss.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  We do not want [redacted]'s Excavating or any employees back on our property to "fix" their mistakes.  We DID NOT walk through the house after he was finished to look at any of his work.We are not satisfied with his work and will certainly tell others about his shoddy work ethics and product he leaves.
